Nathan has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 2006, and received his Masters of Tax in 2009. Since 2006, he has practiced tax in Toronto, and is the Managing Partner of Spectrum Law, a boutique law firm exclusively focused on tax and estate planning for privately held businesses and other higher income earners. Nathan advises on a full spectrum of tax and related issues, with specialized knowledge in transactions related to family succession planning, corporate reorganizations, Wills and estates, estate administration, family trusts, life insurance, and tax dispute resolution. Nathan regularly meets with business owners, accountants, financial planners, and other lawyers to discuss planning opportunities that may be available to them or their clients.

Ian received his JD from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2013 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. Ian has practiced tax law in the Greater Toronto Area since his call to the Bar. Prior to joining Spectrum Tax and Estate Planning, Ian practiced at a boutique tax law firm. Ian practices taxpayer dispute resolution focusing on individuals and small businesses and is developing a practice focusing on personal and business tax planning, corporate reorganizations and estate and trust planning.

Peter Brauti is a co-managing partner of Brauti Thorning LLP.
